Michael Bleicher
CEO & Founder
Michael has been an entrepreneur since he can remember and is only constantly learning from practice. Even as a child, he was fascinated by what was then still very rudimentary PC technology. He learned a lot from his father, who was a self-employed radio and television dealer, and founded his first company when he was only 15. Since then he has become an integral part of the IT industry. As a visionary, he constantly sets new goals for his own software development and IT operations and is the creative head of the company. He is also responsible for procurement and projects.
Sonja Bleicher
Authorized officer
Sonja is a trained wholesale clerk from the advertising industry, authorized signatory and wife of managing director Michael Bleicher. She has been married to her husband and the company since 2007. She takes care of the private family business with the two sons Max and Felix and (almost) always supports the decisions of the managing director. True to the motto: "Behind a strong man, there is an even stronger woman." In the company, she is responsible for general organization and, together with her colleague, is responsible for human resources. If she wants to break out of her stressful double job, she likes to enter the mysterious world of the EXIT and ESCAPE rooms.
Steffen Puetz
Director of HR & Finance
Steffen is the contact person for financial and personal issues in the company. He has been with bb-net in the finance department since 2016. Before that, he worked for a large mail-order pharmacy in accounts receivable and accounts payable for several years. In 2021 he assumed overall responsibility for finance, human resources and organization. Privately, Steffen is a family man. The hustle and bustle of the city is not for him. That's why he lives in the beautiful Rhön and enjoys his time where others go on vacation.
Marco Kuhn
Director of Sales
Marco is a certified trade specialist and has been in charge of sales for around 10 years. In the development of the product philosophy and the processes of the quality brand tecXL, he played a key role in bringing the great idea onto the market and inspiring partners for it. He is no longer a stranger to the IT channel and can be found at a large number of IT events. Together with his team, he is available for you to develop new ideas together and to support you in marketing.
Marcel Zitzmann
Director of Production & Logistic
Marcel is an expert when it comes to the flow of goods within the company. Before joining bb-net, he was a supply chain expert for production and material planning at Coca-Cola. The trained industrial manager and passionate football player heads the entire area of production, as well as the associated customer service and logistics departments. Together with the rollback management in the area of procurement, he and his 35-strong team will soon be working on your project.
