V. and the Bavarian Crafts Day (BHT) aim to sharpen the future issue of the compatibility of family and work in the company's perception. Bavarian employers receive new impulses, specialist information and practical assistance to improve their family-friendliness within the company. In addition, the “Bavarian Family Pact” enables companies to network with one another and to discuss the challenges of a family-friendly personnel policy.
