BYTEC GmbH has again awarded bb-net the “bytec Service Partner” certificate this year. Thus bb-net is still qualified to offer and deliver the maintenance and support for Fujitsu notebooks, Fujitsu deskbounds and Fujitsu PRIMERGY & ETERNUS.
Team leaders Uwe Dammaß and Pascal Roth were trained in advance with the appropriate qualifications for the above-mentioned Fujitsu systems. You will regularly receive a refresher on how to use the manufacturer's devices so that we are still able to quickly and professionally carry out upgrades and repairs in-house.
This partnership gives bb-net extensive access to the service and support of Bytec GmbH. This enables us to procure spare parts quickly, even outside of warranty periods, as well as greater support availability. In this way, the highest quality standard for the service work on our tecXL devices can still be guaranteed.
