Ecological and structured company processes as well as efficient warehousing could be experienced first hand. After an informative company presentation, which illustrated the solid and continuous growth of the company, students and teachers got to know both logistics and production.
During the tour of the managing director Michael Bleicher, the students learned a lot of specialist information about the company that has 46 employees at the Schweinfurt site (two of them are currently trainees).
"With our tecXL brand and the clearly defined production processes required for it, we create significant added value and actively contribute to environmental protection," says Bleicher.
In a question and answer session that followed, Michael Bleicher informed the students about the training opportunities. Mr. Bleicher made it clear that bb-net media GmbH is committed to training young people and that it has proven its worth to train its own offspring. As a result, bb-net will double its training offer next year. In addition to the specialist warehouse clerk (m / f) or the merchant for wholesale and foreign trade, office management and IT system electronics technicians (m / f) are also trained.
