The 'Großer Preis des Mittelstandes', awarded by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation, is Germany's most coveted business award. Only every thousandth company in Germany makes the nomination list. bb-net is among this year's nominees. This completes the first of three stages of the award.
The motto of the competition is "Healthy SMEs - Strong Economy - More Jobs". Nominee companies should have at least ten jobs and EUR 1,0 million in sales annually, be active in the market for three years, free from municipal and state participation and appear in any legal form.
Our next goal is the second level on the ladder to the medium-sized enterprise award - the jury level. For this purpose, five competition criteria are assessed by an independent jury: the overall development of the company, the creation / safeguarding of jobs, modernization and innovation, commitment in the region as well as service, customer proximity and marketing. An award ceremony will then take place for the winners in September.
