bb-net offers this service in cooperation with employers. We take care of the entire process up to the return delivery to your desired address. The systems are visually revised and technically checked, data is deleted and a new Windows 10 operating system is installed. All conditions and options have been discussed with your employer beforehand.
The Reservation process
1. RESERVATION
In the input form below you can enter personal data and information about the device such as manufacturer, product type and serial number. One click and the reservation is transmitted.
2. EXCHANGE
After you have made the reservation, you will receive all further information from us. The decommissioned device will be sent to us by your employer for processing.
3. TAKEOVER
A technical test and thorough cleaning is carried out. In addition, all data is deleted and a new Windows 10 operating system is installed. We will then send you a non-binding offer.
FURTHER Information FOR YOU
- You can only reserve a device with us if your employer agrees to sell it on to you privately. This should be known and approved in your company.
- After the device has been received by us, we will subject it to a thorough cleaning and a technical test. We delete all data securely and in a log. Then we install the new Windows 10 operating system and all necessary drivers.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your device that has been decommissioned. It is up to your employer whether to continue using the device in the company or to sell it to you.
- The bb-net reservation function is a voluntary service and is not legally binding.
- If the device is defective or parts are missing, we cannot guarantee that it will be sold to you. We will inform you immediately.
- As soon as you have received your new device at the company, it can take some time for the decommissioned device to reach us. Often several ITs are collected first and we are only commissioned to collect them from a certain number of items. You can be sure that we will inform you as soon as your old device is ready.
